プラヤ・デル・カルメンでは、ボッタクリが多く、ほとんどのツアーが信用できない中、ピーターは正直で思いやりのある人なので、安心してチチェン・イッツァのツアーとXsensesのツアーを楽しめました。ツアーはXcaret の公式のツアーでしたが、かなり安かったです。

ピーターは毎日朝早く起きて、私達が待ち合わせの場所にいるか、予定のバスに乗ったかどうかチェックしに来てくれました。チケットは、Xcaretグループの人がバス搭乗時にチェックするのですが、ピーターがWhatsAppで送ってくれるで、ツアー参加前にダウンロードしておいた方が良いです。

チチェン・イッツァのツアーはセノーテとバッフェ、ピラミッドが含まれていました。Xcaret のツアーガイドはとても優しいマヤ人の人で、色々と英語でマヤカレンダーなどに説明をしてくれました。

Xsensesのツアーは半日のツアーで子供連れだと時間が足りなかったです。公式ツアーなのでプラヤ・デル・カルメンからバスで送り迎えしてくれますが、長居する場合、帰りは自分で帰った方が良いかもしれません。

とにかくピーターは思いやりがあり、信頼できる人なので、オススメです。

We had a terrific time doing the ATVs, zip-lines, and horseback riding in the rain. The staff were very friendly and the tour was very organized. Highly recommended!

Best in Playa del Carmen…100% all around great team

I recently stayed at the Hilton – Playa Del Carmen and had the pleasure of organising some activity’s through Jan Peter and his lovely wife. We hired a car and drove down to Tulum and they gave us great recommendations for along the way – we had such a wonderful day!

I was most impressed with the quality and price of the car and how smooth the process was to do the paperwork especially given I’d hired another car a few days prior through a different company that was double the price and almost not in any condition to be driven.

They are located right outside the Hilton entrance so very convenient as they bring the car pretty much to your doorstep !

Highly recommended not going past these guys without at least having a chat – they are from the Netherlands and speak fluent English so that’s makes the whole experience even better!
